Refund & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, style, or colorway)
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item is not authentic
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared at the time of raising the request
How to initiate a return:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through any of the channels below. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Replacement Policy:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm eligibility for a replacement. If approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 10–12 business days.
Please note: Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference are not accepted.
